Se rechazó por improcedente la solicitud de nulidad de la Sentencia SU.1052/00 y la petición de insistencia para selección del expediente T-345.614 presentadas por el ciudadano de la referencia, toda vez que la Corte le recordó al gestor de este pronunciamiento, que la decisión que se adopta para resolver una acción de tutela tiene efectos únicamente entre las partes, y como él no tiene tal calidad, carece de legitimidad para intervenir en el asunto de la referencia, cualquiera que fuere su pretensión.

Y que de conformidad con lo dispuesto en el Art. 33 del Decreto 2591 de 1991, solo el Defensor del Pueblo y las Magistrados de esta Corporación pueden insistir ante la Sala correspondiente para que se revise una acción de tutela.
